ATT will launch thier own netflix service AT&T is now offering Direct TV for cellular customers. Now how far behind the times is that.
Take the most expensive satellite offering, with the worse fixed package selection and then tie it to the 3rd rated cellular offering.
What do you get? A monkey dressed in a tuxedo.
First I cut my AT&T wire line 10 years ago because they would not budge on my bill. I just moved my cellular phones (2-iphones) because of the same reason to T-mobile "Over 55, Free unlimited everything 2 lines" for $60 a month for BOTH phones and got a FREE pad. This is saving me $90 a month and I was paying for data after 3gb. AT&T would not budge on the 3gb and we were customers for over 20 years. Sometimes our bill was running over 200 bucks a month.

I cut DTV 7 years ago. Charging me $140 for nothing. Cut my land line because of strange charges for long distance and ATT using third party services to get around regulations.

My biggest fear is that the net will up looking like cable TV. The telecoms charging huge amounts for nothing. Since there are only 3 major telecoms, you'll have a hard time finding an alternative. Even if you do you'll be charged extra. Another question is what if your ISP begins to support gay marraige, abortion rights, a democratic candidate?
Where you gonna go? What if this happens and they slow FR to a crawl because of negative comments? I wonder if FR will have to pay the telecoms to stay on the "air"? FR may have to go to a subscription service to cover the fees. Ugh.

We left ATT after decades of landlines, cellular, mobile hotspot, DirectTV, UVerse.......
Provided very poor service to s new are after assurances there was the same quality wireless.
I now have them in arbitration. Avoid ATT
