As the Pope hardly represents Christianity anymore, it should probably be clarified that Catholics voted in line with the Church’s official teachings instead of the political opinions (with no foundation in scripture) of the Pope du jour.

As the Pope hardly represents Christianity anymore, it should probably be clarified that Catholics voted in line with the Churchs official teachings instead of the political opinions (with no foundation in scripture) of the Pope du jour. Couldn't agree more! Nearly all Western religions have become "Go Along to Get Along" organizations devoid of much of the moral compass guidance of yesteryear! "Transactional Morality" has been in vogue for many years! Just rationalize whatever the issue is without being "Judgemental"!
