Liz, know I sound like a broken record, but how do we know Steele is an ex-spy? And why in bloody blue blazes did they involve at least one foreign national in this? They made **** up. They could do that for free, with a lot fewer people.

I suspect they wanted to be able to place blame upon a party outside the jurisdiction of the United States, if it were to come down to that. That’s worth a piddly hundred grand out of nine million, isn’t it? Insurance?
