The United Nations voted Thursday to condemn the United States for officially recognizing Jerusalem as the capitol of Israel.
Here's the list with a break down:
Member States in the #UNGA demanded that all countries comply with Security Council resolutions regarding the status of Jerusalem.
UN Votes: 128 in favor; 9 against; 35 abstentions.
The countries in green all voted against America exercising our right as a sovereign nation. pic.twitter.com/z9OK4ezTCc Nick Short ???? (@PoliticalShort) December 21, 2017
And those who either abstained or voted in defense of the United States:

The UN claims the overwhelming vote against the U.S. makes the decision "null and void." Ambassador Nikki Haley strongly rejects the premise.
America will put our embassy in Jerusalem. Thats what the American people want us to do and its the right thing to do. No vote in the UN will make any difference on this. -@nikkihaley #UNGA pic.twitter.com/081cSdfbKi Nick Short ???? (@PoliticalShort) December 21, 2017
Man, the left just played into Trump’s hands. Now he has a great justification to cut off most foreign aid, something he already planned to do.
Trump should call Merkle (sp) and tell her He is shutting down ALL US bases in Germany and moving them to Poland!
The courageous Canadians and Mexicans abstained...Thanks, neighbors!
>Interesting to see Putinist Russia vote in favor of this Islamist Turkey smear job on the US. Birds of a feather...
It’s pretty clear at this point that the US and Russia can’t be allies. Our interests diverge too much and Trump’s made the right call that it’s better to have competitors than to play the world’s hegemon.
FReeper Jeopardy!

A: Al Franken, Nobel Peace Prize, The UN
Q: What are the three most useless items in the cosmos?
The ones who abstained might be sending the message it is none of our business what the US does.
Austria was against us and Eastern Europe all abstained. That’s disappointing.
That’s a good thought.
Togo has our back.
Am I reading this wrong? Did Israel vote against?
oops....enlarged the chart so I could see it.
Poland abstained. Not strong enough Poland.
If these countries knew Trump, that would have voted smarter. They will pay.
If you believe scripture this ain’t a very nifty more in the eyes of God.
Israel is our ally
Surprised to see a couple of the Baltic republics on the green list.
