Easily predicted and I did so in October.
A rubber band will serve the same purpose as a bump stock.
So, ATF will the mere possession of a rubber band and an AR-15 constitute a machine gun?
F’n retards.
Crap!
Don't let a BATF&E thug find you with a rubber band!

Dont give them any ideas.

Glad I got my binary trigger beforehand.
Not surprised that they tried, but it’s going to be very hard to legally justify given the definition of a machine gun.
Kind of stupid because bump fire stocks are a waste of time and waste of money.
They are funny toys at the range but they are useless for practical shooting.
Had the Vegas shooter not been using a bumpier stock, more people would have died because bump fire stocks induce jams and his guns jammed because of the stocks.
Policy by hysteria.
Predictable and not surprising. Bet 99% of the country, probably close to that of gun owners, never heard of them until Las Vegas. Banning production ones is no biggie and seems like they are more novelty than anything. People can always get a big rubber band anyway. And just because we can, why bother? I’ve watched the Youtube videos and both the rubber band and the bump stock seems like just a quick way to waste ammo.
So what happens to the bump fires sold before the new rule?
So what happens to the bump fires sold before the new rule?
......in the mean time who was the shooter working for?
They’ll probably find a way, legal or not. And guys like me will know that the rapid semi-auto is far more deadly.
No idea. I got the binary trigger, not the bump stock.
Considering how fast the bump stocks all sold out after Vegas, I doubt that they would round them all up.
Its not funny at all if you consider how expensive ammo is.
They should be protected under the ADA.
Might as well buy the real thing then.
Pretty effective when you have hundreds of people in line with the bullets being sprayed everywhere.
IF you belt loop bump fire your rifle you will have turned it into an assault weapon and committed a felony.
Why? Was there a mass shooting in which these stocks or binary triggers were used?
Which shooting? How many people were shot? By whom? I’ve seen no evidence of such a shooting? There was some Vegas thing that went down the memory hole 3 months ago, but that’s hardly evidence.
