A top Democratic senator said Wednesday he fears the IRS may be too biased to handle the audit of President Trumps taxes, saying the fact that the agency is led by an acting commissioner who is also a top Trump political appointee at the main Treasury Department is worrisome.
Sen. Ron Wyden, the ranking Democrat on the Senate Finance Committee, said an agency already roiled by problems of political taint stemming from the tea party targeting needs to be extra careful to avoid conflicts now.

Should not even be an audit.
President Trump is the duly elected president of the USA.
It is unthinkable that he is being investigated with no evidence of a crime.
Hillary was NEVER investigated. There was an “inquiry,” not an investigation. Same with Holder, Obama, and their endless criminal, seditious, and treasonous activities.
War is inevitable. Everyone needs to get ready for it. It is impossible to share a civil society with baby-killing, sodomy-promoting, socialist-loving tyrants who think the purpose of law is to punish their political enemies, consolidate their own power, and enrich themselves off the backs of the populace.
Yep, only a guess on my part but I believe President Trump has a group of tax attorneys that know the code a lot better than those at the IRS and are probably a lot smarter.
On the other hand, he cares not a bit that the eight top investigators in Mueller’s team all contributed mightily to Hillary and the ‘rats.....
Wyden shouldnt worry. Lois Lerner doesnt work for the IRS anymore.
