I am a small time rancher and take legal deductions for my ranch expenses. My CPA said to make sure I capture everything this year and next because by 2019 there will be NO DEDUCTIONS for my ranch expenses.
Thanks President Trump and GOP. Just what us small guys that struggle everyday to keep our beef going to market want. Now you got your big imports you want and all of us little ranches will be folding.

Legitimate expenses for a business are not affected by this bill as far as I can tell. Th SALT provision covers individual deductions. Business deductions for a small sole proprietor business are taken separately on a different form.
