Gov. Chris Christie Tuesday said Jared Kushner "deserves to be scrutinized" in the Russia collusion probe because President Trump's son-in-law attended the transition team meetings in question as a senior adviser.
Asked during an interview with MSNBC whether Kushner, whose father Christie prosecuted and jailed when he was U.S. attorney, deserves to be scrutinized by the special counsel investigation, Christie didn't hesitate in his response: Of course, he said.

Christie is a gun-grabbing, faux-conservative authoritarian prick.
Christie is just another politician that proved to be above the law.
That’s great, you bloated beached whale.
I guess you know why you weren’t hired now.
Chris...sit down,relax,have another donut!
ohshit
I’m no fan of Kushner, but the Trump Administration still suffers from Christie’s botching as head of the transition team. Rod Rosenstein was promoted by a Christie acolyte on the transition team.
Christie ate that MSNBC talking head up and spit her out.
He was in no way hostile towards Jr. He simply said if he was part of the transition and part of the investigation the facts will lead where they lead. If Jr is clean than so be it.
Did he ask Mary Pats permission to get way out on this limb.
But you do know he did a LOT of work with the Presidential Transition Team.
Sorry Jared not Jr.
Doughnut boy is an Anti-Semite?
Politically, Chris is not that far from Jarvanka...
Except for that bridge restriction thing...
from Christies botching as head of the transition team.
Really?
“Rod Rosenstein was promoted by a Christie acolyte on the transition team.
“
Who B dat?

Christie is still mad about being ditched from the transition team. This is a petty “payback” move.
There is some history here. I think Christie even put Kushner’s dad in jail at one point, which led to friction on the transition team, and Christie ultimately pushed out.
And there’s evidence Mueller will indict Kushner next. He is a political neophyte that has testified many times under oath now, with Mueller chomping at the bit to charge him with any accidental misstatement.
So what?
Transition team can talk to whomever it wants to.
Trump was already elected.
Thnx.
