Take the 5th and use an impenetrable barrier of 5 minute weasel-word filibusters to burn each questioners time.
IF he testifies, no way he takes the 5th. I’ve seen this guy testify before and he ‘s very good at deception and diversion. He will do his best to make the case he and his closest associates are fantastic agents, completely dedicated to the Justice, and appear insulted at any insinuation to the contrary.
Whether or not he will lie, is the question, and if he does, what will be done about it.
If he takes the fifth it will have to be for every question. He can’t pick and choose.
