Oh. Laura is smarter than that, she’s just trolling for ratings with comments like that. She heard Director Wray say right in public session that he was going to wait for the IG’s report. That’s the reason the IG exists, to investigate allegations of wrongdoing by DOJ/FBI employees, and that’s exactly what he’s going. Every move McCabe makes is being watched.
More likely, she watched the actual testimony of Wray, and how he specifically defended McCabe when one of the Congressmen questioned McCabe’s professionalism. Pretty sure it was Ghomert.
