I can imagine Stzok’s lawyers picking out the best possible explanation and then force feeding it to him without suborning perjury - “this is what you really meant, isn’t it”; “the word ‘insurance’ has many meanings and this is undoubtedly the one you and your mistress meant, isn’t it?”
So their coverup is to admit they had people actively trying to influence a Presidential election?
Basically they have admitted to something the average person is more likely to believe, yet is still treasonous....
