I would be very surprised if McCain can or wants to return to DC for that vote.
Seems odd to me. It makes me a bit nervous Trump saw the need to line this up if needed. With the vote 2 days away shouldn’t this be more certain?
It's his mission to screw over the country, especially Trump, as much as possible before he kicks the bucket.
