I had considered going to SC to my sister for the eclipse but the weather forecast was not that good and I figured the traffic would be bad coming back.
It was that bad?
Yes, and btw, daughter and co-worker found an Uber driver and are now on their way back. It saved someone from having to drive 5 hours to go back and forth to get them, and then getting stuck in the traffic once they got to the airport.
Scratch that last post....The Uber driver refused to take them to Alabama....
Back to the original plan. Waiting on someone from here to drive there.
