I think he/she means ‘something big’ happens when the stink is about to hit the fan in DC and this week looks to be a huge can of opened worms for those plotting against the President

The outage was caused by an underground substation fire, breaker failure/fire started the fire. Airport has seven feeders which serve the airport but at some point they converge into the same tunnel and they all were either damaged or shut down as part of the recovery and restoration efforts.
This was not a terrorist attack, this is a case of sh*t happens.
