It's NOT the children who are receiving the credit--it is the PARENTS. Who in this case are ILLEGAL ALIENS. You are deliberately missing the point I am making and I am not sure why. No dumbass. They received the child tax credit under existing law. They receive the CTC because their children are citizens and only a tax ID number is required to file taxes. Rubio did not change this.
