The bill as proposed does NOT require the submitting party (i.e., the illegal alien parents) to have a SSN. It only requires the application to include the SSN of the anchor babies. Since they are “legal” under the perverse court readings of Section 1 of the 14th Amendment, there is nothing ICE will be able to do to the illegal parents if this bill as written now becomes law. It’s the Senate that removed the House requirement for the SUBMITTER (the illegal alien parents) to have and include a valid SSN. Specifically it was that bastard Rubio from Florida, the east coast california. This whole thing is a slap in the face to U.S. citizens and another income redistribution scam and entitlement to benefit non-Americans here illegally.
