Handouts need to be there, but only as temporary solutions.
The fact that we now have multi-generations of people on welfare is the biggest shame on our country, not that we don't "help" the poor enough.
Exactly what will destroy the budget is the last two years of the obama regime where hundreds of thousands were simply put on medicaid,the country will never be able to afford that.Getting them off will be something else.Problem is its barely talked about.
