Anyone, who is not familiar with Black Budgets and the Cia might be interested in the link below. Remember this was done during Obama/Brennan’s time and possible Clinton and Madame Kerry were SOS! The Obama administration purposely provided funding, training and weapons to ISIS. It was never an “oversight.” The Obama administration created ISIS. Only after Obama left, did Trump begun to defeat ISIS.
ISIS is finally being defeated. U.S. funding for ISIS was only discontinued by President Trump.

If they were diverted, one would assume we would have taken steps to retrieve or destroy them. Instead ISIS was protected

ISIS wasn’t stupid. They had infiltrators in other groups just like the Communists did in Vietnam.

Obama called ISIS the JV team, because he, Clinton, McCain and the Saudis simply viewed them as a strategic tool.
These people supported them with the goal of overthrowing Assad, poking Putin and Iran in the eye, and giving the Saudis control of pipeline routes in the region.
Obama was indirectly correct - Once the USA stopped funding ISIS, and tried to seriously bomb them (i.e. Trump) ISIS were crushed.
