Pointing the finger on the basis of something dredged up from the past to harm another person who no longer exercises that mode of behavior is simply just another form of sexual harassment, but no laden with the aura of vindictive thrill-seeking.
Presuming no criminality, and a clear change in behavior, I wouldn't disagree.

Hurting someone else while posing as blameless is a favorite pastime of b____y women; in my observation not one characteristic of genuine real and responsible men.
