Fed up with the NFL’s ongoing national anthem protests, one fan has attempted to strike back by filing a suit against the New Orleans Saints in the hopes of recouping the thousands of dollars he spent on season tickets to the team’s games.

Louisiana resident Lee Dragna filed a suit in a district court Monday “seeking a refund for the tickets as well as attorney’s fees, claiming the protest by some players against police brutality and racial injustice has prevented him and his family from enjoying the games,” reported the The New Orleans Advocate.

Despite spending $8,000 on season tickets, Dragna hasn’t attended a game since the Saints’ first home game of the season on Sept. 17, when some players on the team avoided honoring the national anthem by remaining in the locker room as it played, according to the Advocate.

Season tickets to what?

The issue is not that he doesn’t enjoy the games. The issue is that the owners and players conducted a “bait and switch”.

For years they had provided a service with no left-wing political propaganda.

Then this season they made a unilateral change in their behavior without notifying the season ticket holder in advance.

If he had known the team was going to be a platform for left-wing political agitation he would never buy a ticket.

It looks like fraud to me.

It is one of the few times I support a lawsuit. Who wants to pay to watch overpaid players disrespect the this country and those who have fought to protect our freedom. They make millions and are pampered and yet they whine and demand justice?

Nope, the owners are supporting this protest garbage and are too stupid so far to see what it’s costing them. When their bank examiners come to them in the off-season, that’s when reality will hit hard.
