I guess I missed Franken actually resigning, as opposed to stating that he would resign in the coming weeks.

I didn't know that he had either, and I can't find any confirmation of that.

If he actually does resign, then it means one thing: The Dems are going to push hard on the "Trump must resign just like all the honorable Dems do" agenda.
