Two high ranking FBI officials involved in Robert Mueller's Russian probe exchanged text messages calling Donald Trump 'an idiot'.
FBI agent Peter Strzok and senior FBI lawyer Lisa Page, who were having an affair, shared more than 10,000 texts in 2016 discussing the future president.
During their exchanges, they described Trump as an 'idiot' and a 'loathsome human' and shared their hopes that Hillary Clinton should win the election, the Washington Post reported.
Special Counsel Mueller removed Strzok from the investigation into collusion between Trump's administration and Russia during the 2016 election, after the messages revealing anti-Trump sentiment first emerged in July.
Page had already ended her assignment to Mueller's office.
The pair's texts are now under investigation by the Justice Department's inspector general.
Both Strzok and Page were key players in the investigation into Clinton's use of a private email server as well as the Russian probe. They'd been involved in an extra martial affair during the Clinton investigation.
The texts date back to 2015, shortly after Trump announced his plans to run for president, when Strzok texted that Democratic candidate Bernie Sanders was 'an idiot like Trump.

I hope they take a good look at the time stamps for those messages and see how many were made during working hours. It seems like there was a massive amount of time theft going on, a fireable offense.
Under the J. Edgar Hoover FBI administration, this type of adultery would be an immediate firing offense for both agents/employees.
Under Comey and Mueller, it was a stairway to promotions.
What is wrong with this picture?
I hope that present Director Wray cans both their asses, penalizes them pay and reduces promotions, and gives Strozk’s wife a gun to settle accounts.
so much for the Mueller-Comey reigns in the FBI. Their collective legacies will be a picture of JEH laughing at them as the door hits their asses on the way out of the FBI building.

God, Strzok is a loathsome human being, but, he is good in bed. Or so says Lisa. Of course she thinks all the FBI agents are good in bed. LOL
Remember the hundreds of “good FBI agents” that were chomping at the bit to resign?

The only thing loathesome is the profound unprofessionalism and level of corruption of the FBI. The FBI agency should be disbanded and all employees fired.
These are likely the most docile versions... Much worse was likely hurled toward Trump, Bernie and others... I wonder what they texted each other when found out Mueller was investigating and that they were going to be involved... Hmmm.

So Moore loses an election because of some unproven accusations of sexual misconduct and those two keep their jobs with the FBI because they are practicing a questionable sexual thing? Hints of a double standard there.

It probably still is — just not for THESE two particular people. Since their goal/assignment was to take down Trump, the affair was overlooked.
The people the FBI investigates for security clearances had better not be screwing around because it opens the door for blackmail.
To me, it all speaks volumes Mueller’s due diligence & his inapt approach to creating team players. Mueller should be fully entering a phase of his own incompetence.

With the new information about the Strozk/Page and McCabe meeting about how to stop a Trump election victory, this whole affair takes on a more dangerous, for America, look.

When I read a couple of those texts, I took it to mean that bodily injury and/or death for DJT could’ve been one of their ultimate goals. With that hatred, anything seemed to be within the realm of possibility.
