Yes, she is in a sense. Moderate conservative, but socially conservative in a sense.

All I'll say is I've met some of these Fox News hosts in person. Some of the "hard news" hosts *are* conservative, but... they pretty much have to give the appearance on air that they're right down the middle. ;-)
