Wasn’t the Napa Valley fire started by an illegal vagrant?
Illegal aliens have very often been involved in setting fires, much of it covered up.
The Sonoma/Napa fires also happened under high wind conditions and were caused by PG&E not maintaining trees near power lines. I saw an article (just once before it was disappeared) saying that PG&E had diverted funds slated for tree maintenance over to the profit column. There was a report of an illegal starting a fire, however I believe it was a deflection.
