That is good. I just hope nobody is voting under someone else’s name (people who don’t show up).

But the Alabama Supreme Court overturned the order to preserve the ballots.

UMMM I don’t think so.

The effect is that they do NOT have to preserve the voting records, if I understand this correctly.

I don’t understand their reasoning. What if the votes are within the margin of error and one, or both, of the candidates can ask for a recall?
