How could CNN possibly know the racial turnout all over the state? No way they are sampling turnout in all the rural areas. This sounds like an urban weighted sampling. More Fake News.

I saw it earlier and it isn’t a point. It is a question that shows you don’t understand exit polling. I still post in wonderment why exit polling is so hard to understand.
