Explosive, yes. But it ends there. There would be no consequences for any involved. Who has authority to see that offenders are brought to justice? Anyone with authority is as corrupt as these people.

I know it looks bad. I've been observing government corruption (and waste) for much of my 71 years. But, I'm holding out hope for a near miracle.
