Wife of DOJ Deputy Was Fusion GPS Employee, CIA Research Aid, and Applied for HAM Radio License

Sometimes a ‘Conspiracy Theory’ is not just a theory…

Department of Justice Assoc. Deputy Attorney General Bruce G Ohr was demoted because he had working relationships with dossier author Christopher Steele and Fusion GPS; and -more importantly or perhaps ‘conveniently’- according to James Rosen, Bruce Ohr did not reveal his October 2016 contacts with MI6 agent Steele or Glenn Simpson (Fusion-GPS) to DOJ leadership.

However, the ongoing Dossier story gets far more intriguing as it is now discovered that Bruce G Ohr’s wife, Nellie H. Ohr, actually worked for Fusion GPS and likely helped guide/script the Russian Dossier. (Link) Contacted by Fox News, investigators for the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) confirmed that Nellie H. Ohr, wife of the demoted official, Bruce G. Ohr, worked for the opposition research firm last year. The precise nature of Mrs. Ohr’s duties – including whether she worked on the dossier – remains unclear but a review of her published works available online reveals Mrs. Ohr has written extensively on Russia-related subjects. HPSCI staff confirmed to Fox News that she was paid by Fusion GPS through the summer and fall of 2016.

But wait, it gets even better.

Are logs of on-air contacts kept?

No lawful requirement to do so, but most do for contacts on HF radio (not on VHF/UHF--which is where she's authorized to operate per her license class)

Do most new licensees have an initial flourish of activity?

"Most"? If they have a radio, then yes. Sometimes people get the license and never use it because, with the exception of Chinese handheld radios, the equipment can be a bit expensive.

Does anyone have noted radio contact with her?

------

Are HAM ops generally big or small government types?

Yes. (in other words, both)

Did Nellie take a test to get her license?

Yes, but it's a pretty simple test all in all.

If she says so, when and where?

It would have been administered by a volunteer examiner someplace (they have test sessions all over the place)

Can that be corroborated? If she didn’t sit for a test and pass, was a license ginned up for her? If so, by whom and why?

The test is not difficult. The question banks are publicly available. Further, if a person fails the test, they can re-take it the same day.

Particularly for the technician class, they try to make it really, really, really easy for somebody.

The stink rises.

__________

Yes ...... quite stinky. Hope Sessions or Horowitz or someone acts on all of this soon. We're all going to go nuts waiting for justice.

Oct. 16 2006 Robert Mueller’s FBI Thugs raided the home of Rep. Curt Weldon’s daughter who had a Lobbing Firm that worked with the “Russian Energy Corp.” Three weeks later Joe Sestak won the election over Curt Weldon. The FBI never pressed any charges because their raid had succeeded its goal. Curt Weldon was holding hearings on Able Danger that the 911 Cover-up Commission was trying to hide. Looks like the Mueller-Comey Russian plot has been used before.

Well said, and thanks.

I recommend the book 'Triple Cross': How bin Laden’s Master Spy Penetrated the CIA, the Green Berets, and the FBI by Peter Lance.

MVW from Conservative Tree House says:

In summary, the criminal organization surpasses all the movie fictional diabolic criminal organizations imagined. Unraveling and shutting them down is greater than any of the tasks of Hercules, bar none.

Staggering, Biblical, nothing short of the Wrath of God is needed.

Jeff Sessions heard about this and went back to his garden to weed the rose bushes.

He was whining this morning about immigration, if he would only look at the current law he might find something he could use.

Shamelessly Stolen from Freeper eyeamok.

Federal Immigration and Nationality Act
Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii)
“Any person who . . . encourages or induces an alien to . . . reside . . . knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such . . . residence is . . . in violation of law, shall be punished as provided . . . for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs . . . fined under title 18 . . . imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.”

Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A):

A person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he:

• assists an alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or

• encourages that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or

•knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions.

Penalties upon conviction include criminal fines, imprisonment, and forfeiture of vehicles and real property used to commit the crime. Anyone employing or contracting with an illegal alien without verifying his or her work authorization status is guilty of a misdemeanor. Aliens and employers violating immigration laws are subject to arrest, detention, and seizure of their vehicles or property. In addition, individuals or entities who engage in racketeering enterprises that commit (or conspire to commit) immigration-related felonies are subject to private civil suits for treble damages and injunctive relief.......

If the radio frequencies were not regulated it would be almost impossible to have any electronic communication because everyone would be trying to talk over everyone else on whatever frequency they wanted to use, everyone interfering with everyone else. Only the radio Rambo would enjoy it.

We survived the CB generation, guess Cell Phones made them unnecessary. I have a radio license that I acquired when I got my pilot license 44 years ago, but have no memory of what I was required to do for it.

It’s Amateur Radio, and “ham,” not “HAM” is a popular nickname for Amateur radio. There is absolutely no privacy with Amateur Radio.

” outside the normal risk of communication intercepts.” is complete nonsense. It is explicitly forbidden to encrypt Amateur Radio transmissions: they must be in plain text and plain language. Speaking in code is not allowed.

” using HAM radio frequencies would be a way to avoid the risk of U.S. intelligence intercepts on her communications.” Complete nonsense.

So what the hell are they saying?

Anyone who thinks that they can get and use an Amateur Radio license to hook up with Russians to “meddle” with the election is really stupid.

Maybe some m*slims feel offended, because their religion won’t allow them to apply for a HAM license.

I would guess that most needed communication would be local and there is always Echo Link.

Ohr’s father’s name is Sekyu Michael Ohr.

Not a ham radio operator.

Secure as all get out but slow and clumsy with today’s tech.

BTW you don’t need a license to utilize amateur radio bands. You can find plenty of full featured radios on Craigslist and with a simple antenna be up and running.

Honestly, though, I don't see the Ham Radio connection in a conspiracy. Actually, I would think that it would be counter-productive.

Frankly, a good Internet connection through a VPN from a public hotspot would be better. If there was an absolute need to use radio, getting a used radio from EBay and operating it unlicensed makes better sense...using a digital mode on a non-standard frequency and a one-time pad encryption. Or they could use Slow Scan TV and embed coded text into the image using one of many steganography software packages out there and then post the steg'd picture to FakeBook.

For example, here's the original:

Here's the one with the secret message:

And the embedded text:

Support your local FReepathon

(If you want to try it yourself, download the second image, install the steghide package on your computer and do it yourself. The passphrase is "ThisIsATest")

Bottom line: you don't NEED to use ham radio to pass secret messages.

Who says it had to be obviously coded? One could code it in a way that it sounds like normal speech.
