'Nancy Pelosi Is a Stooge': Bossie Reacts After House Minority Leader Criticizes Trump

David Bossie fired back at House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi after she said President Trump was "utterly unprepared" to be commander-in-chief.

"At first, there was a thread of being an impostor that may have been in his mind,” Pelosi (D-Calif.) told The New York Times. "He's overcome that now."

“The bigger problem, the thing people need to understand, is that he was utterly unprepared for this," she said. "It would be like you or me going into a room and being asked to perform brain surgery. When you have a lack of knowledge as great as his, it can be bewildering."

"That's shameful," Bossie said on "Fox & Friends Weekend." "Nancy Pelosi is a stooge."

He said Pelosi makes calculated remarks like these for political purposes.

Core to Progressivism and its notion that science and technology can perfect humans and their government is the idea of a trained and naturally gifted elite who are simply superior to the rest of us.

Trump was not chosen from among this elite, he does not observe their customs or comform to their manners, so the Progressives cannot believe, cannot imagine, that he would be competent.

He is as much of an outsider and disruptor as Lincoln was. (I am NOT suggesting he is anything like so great as Lincoln.) As Lincoln did, he draws contempt from his opposition, and even those who find many of his words and acts congenial find him uncouth and repellent.

I don't recall the Republic entertaining the idea of a disruptor like Trump. As a friend who is an Orthodox Rabbi says, we have to look to the book of Judges to find people of dubious character and virtue who yet redeem Israel from its foes.
