Have ANY of these “Racial Slur” cases ever turn out true? EVERY time I read the initial report of stories like this, my first response is Tawana Brawley version xxxxx.xx
If it weren’t for #Fake-Racial-Slur” cases there would be no “Racial Slur” cases at all.
I am not in favor of a special legal class of “hate crime” outside of other crime charges, but anyone who fakes such a “hate crime” deserves at LEAST the same punishment as what would be meted out to an actual perp of said “hate crime”.... these hoaxers are sowing hatred and stirring up racial tensions.
