I hope he does not resign (and agree he has not). We won’t get a worse Senator if he does resign, and might well get one who is not so vulnerable.

Let him remain to remind America of Franken as the stain he is, the discredited ugly reminder of the “who we are” Dems in Congress.

Let him stand for re-election.

Let us see who the voters of Minnesota are.

If the current secretary of state is anything like Mark Ritchie, Franken gets re-elected in 2020, the same way he got elected in 2008.
