Al Franken then declares the best way that he can redeem himself for his “mistakes”and stand up for women “is to remain in the Senate to oppose Senator Moore and President Trump and fight against the true abusers of women,LGBT,people of color,and immigrants.Yes I was going to resign but now with the most evil fascists to ever enter American politics we need to fight to save our country! I think that I'm a pretty good street fighter and right now that's what's needed to preserve the gains the we made when we had a real President in the White House and I will fight tooth and nail against this President and his allies until our country is safe once again from the dark forces threatening to overwhelm our nation.Thank you!”
