Jim Jordan is such a good guy. If he would only prepare his questions like a real attorney would.

All these guys ask questions that give the questionee the opportunity to bifurcate. They never seem to rehearse the questions they plan to ask of a non-cooperative witness. But they *DO* imagine that there is a defense lawyer sitting next to the witness, ready to object; whether a legitimate objection or as a diversion.

The just don’t do it. They know they have a mere 5 minutes. They proffer theories, which are not questions. They ask questions in a tip-toe fashion as if an imaginary defense atty is going to object when there IS no somebody to object. When they ask a question it mostly elicits an “either/or” answer.

Jordan spent a solid minute asked Wray “Is this the same Peter Strzok...” who did this, did that, did the other thing, went this way went that way.

No, Jim, there are 6 people at the FBI named Peter Strzok.

He asked questions relating to the FISA court & warrant when he knows damned well that those questions can (and will) ALWAYS by sloughed off by claims of national security.

He wasted easily 75% of his time.

I don't think the point of Jordan's questions were to trip Wray up, but to let Wray and the FBI and Jeff Sessions know that the truth about Strzok has leaked out, and that there's no point in trying to deny the facts any longer.

Wray doesn't mind being grilled, but he was visibly shaken when Jordan told him the demotion of Strzok was tied to peddling the dossier to obtain FISA warrants.

You weren't his audience obviously.

Jim mauled Sessions last week too and that almost undead Southern Gentleman was piqued to say the least.
