It never has been,and never will be,abnormal to be black.However,there have been some (many?) who once believed that it was abnormal.Thus,serious change was right...and necessary.

OTOH,it always has been,and always will be,abnormal to be a perv.Yes,there are some who claim otherwise but most people aren't fooled.

And I’d agree, that nobody ought to be a party to what he believes fundamentally wrong.

At the same time we should be eager to be parties to what is fundamentally right even when that goes outside our comfort zone.
