It's just YOUR money. Most of those drivers are government employees who live to regulate and vote Democrat.

Around the DC area, I wonder how many of those tolls/toll cards are being “subsidized” by the taxpayers, govt credit cards, etc?

What elected officials implemented this tax on the people? That’s right it’s a rouge, smokey back room full of elitists making shallow-minded decisions without any consideration of downstream consequences. They’z gonna get they azzes jacked up now.

High tolls are racist. Or discrimatory. Or disenfranchises $15/hr burger flippers. If they take the toll road to work on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, they’re out of money on Thursday so can’t drive to work. All their pay has been spent on tolls.

Austin, TX have these new high tolls, too.

It’s not robbery, just sale to the highest bidder. The alternative is a highway that turns into a parking lot. The fee allows the single driver who would suffer great loss by being in stalled traffic to get where he needs to go on time. Others can avoid the fee by car pooling or taking transit.
