You got that right! Statistics/history states that women mature faster than men, and it was the norm to marry a man 7-10 years older in my area. My husband is 8 yrs older than I am. IF we had gotten together, which we didn’t, when I was 15 it would have been a crime.....because he would have been 23. After decades of marriage, it was the best decision I could have made at time.

We are dealing with a strange moral system. So it is OK to marry multiple wives, OK to have sex with boy on boy, or boy on boy-girl, or whatever ... but not OK to have consensual relationships where someone is younger.
