“The FBI Director claimed that Mills had to receive immunity because the laptop might be protected by attorney-client privilege.”

So they get a warrant to pierce attorney client privilege. If there is an allegation of an offence being committed the claim is superceded. Further, any actual privileges which are real can be edited out.

Nice recounting of the Mills’ crimes.......she’s being awfully quiet these days.

Is she expecting something big....like maybe an indictment?

She and Hillary left a huge paper trail to finance Mills’ Sub-Sahara monstrosity.

I say look no further than the $6 billion missing from the State Dept’s “contractor” funds.

And Trump’s lawyers have to lease extra space to store all the ammo they are being given should Mueller actually try for him....they may have unwittingly let Flynn off the hook to boot.....

BTW, here’s an interesting tidbit .... and for those who do not know, Joe DiGenova is Victoria Toensing’s hubby (she’s the lawyer for the FBI informant in the U1 deal). Personally, I think Joe would make a fine Attorney General.

From link: http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2016/10/joe_digenova_fbi_agents_refused_orders_to_destroy_laptops_and_they_still_exist.html

Washington D.C. attorney Joe DiGenova said on The David Webb Show on SiriusXM Friday night that despite the FBI agreeing to destroy the laptops of Clinton aide Cheryl Mills and ex-campaign staffer Heather Samuelson as part of immunity deals made during the initial investigation of Clinton’s email server, agents involved in the case refused to destroy the laptops.

“According to the agreement reached with the attorneys who handed over their laptops, the laptops were to be destroyed per the agreement after the testimony was given –the interviews were given – – by the attorneys. The bureau and the department agreed to that,” DiGenova said. “However the laptops contrary to published reports were not destroyed and the reason is the agents who are tasked with destroying them refused to do so. And by the way the laptops are at the FBI for inspection by Congress or federal courts.”

DiGenova said the laptops have already been subpoenaed and the FBI is waiting for Congress to ask for them.

Excerpt:
What is your view of independent counsels?
I became very concerned about the Independent Counsel Statute after I watched what had been done after the Iran–Contra Affair, which I thought was just outrageous. The concept of an independent counsel is a bad thing. It’s like what Justice [Antonin] Scalia said in Morrison v. Olson, which is that nothing good is going to come from giving a lawyer a case, an unlimited budget, and a single target. And nothing good did come from it. There were a series of independent counsels for the dumbest things that would have been thrown out of most U.S. attorneys’ offices in a New York minute once they got a look at the merits. The only reason these counsels existed was because the triggering mechanism in the statute was so low. They were costly to the government and to the citizens who became ensnared in them. All those people on Capitol Hill who were so excited about independent counsels when Republican presidents were being victimized by them had second thoughts when they saw Bill Clinton being ensnared. It was a very healthy thing for them to see how bad this law was.

The point of the statute was to “take politically sensitive material out of the Justice Department,” but my point of view has always been that if the Justice Department couldn’t do this job, then we were in a lot of trouble. Also, the idea of an independent counsel was to investigate a president for some constitutional offense, yet in reality these were peanut cases for every member of the cabinet and subcabinet. There were hundreds of people who were covered by this statute. When you go back and look at the structure of this statute, you have to ask yourself what were they thinking up on Capitol Hill, and the answer is they weren’t. People forget that this was Jimmy Carter’s idea as part of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 that was a reaction to Watergate. It was bad public policy, it ruined a lot of peoples’ lives, it cost people inordinate sums of money, and it served no useful public purpose other than to wreak havoc for sitting presidents.

The FBI Director claimed that Mills had to receive immunity because “the laptop might be protected by attorney-client privilege.”

Watta coincidence (smirk).....

The Imran Awan spy guy claimed the same privilege on the laptop left in a Congressional phone booth.......the one Debbie Wasserman Schultz is so eager to get back.

Hillary Clinton Makes It Hard to Follow the Money (secret State Dept intel a goldmine)

--SNIP-- "Starting weeks before Islamic militants attacked Benghazi, longtime Clinton family confidante Sidney Blumenthal supplied intel to then-Secy of State Clinton gathered by a secret network that included a former CIA clandestine service officer," Pro Publica and Gawker reported last week.

The details suggest an expensive intel-gathering operation....a single intel mission apparently cost tens of thousands of dollars: Blumenthal's 2011 email exchange shows him negotiating to contract with someone to send four operatives on a mission to Tunis..... “It is going to be around $60,000, converting r/t business class airfare to Tunis, travel to the border and back, and other expenses for 7–10 days for 4 guys.”

Followed by “Sid, do you think the general has to send four guys. He told us three guys yesterday.... I understand the difficulty of the mission and realize that K will be repaid but I am going to need an itemized budget.”

============================

Who was paying for all this intelligence and analysis that wound up on Secy Clinton's desk? Was this an expensive favor from someone? Did she bankroll it from her personal fortune? Was it hidden somewhere in the State Dept's budget? The public deserves a true explanation, whatever it is, before they consider entrusting the presidency to her. So far, she is content to let voters wonder.

CAN'T FIND THE MONEY TRAIL? HERE'S THREE PROMISING LEADS:

<><>CHERYL MILLS-----Clinton confidante--- State Department aide--listed as Clinton Foundation director
Washington Free Beacon via Fox News ^ | 4/01/15 | Alana Goodman / Posted by Libloather

Hillary Clinton's chief of staff at State Department was listed as a director at the Clinton Foundation in its corporate records for more than three years after joining the administration, highlighting concerns that Clinton's aides were too close to the foundation during her tenure.

The "William J. Clinton Foundation Corporation" named Cheryl Mills as one its three directors when it applied for nonprofit corporate status in Florida in June 2009-five months after Mills began serving as Clinton's chief of staff and counsel at the State Department.

The organization continued to list Mills as a director in its annual state filings in 2010, 2011, and 2012. During this time, the foundation updated its office address and registered agent on the same documents. Chelsea Clinton replaced Mills in the March 2013 report.(Excerpt) Read more at foxnews.com ...

<><> Huma Abedin, another close Clinton aide, received a waiver from Hillary in 2012 that allowed Abedin to do part-time consulting for the Clinton Foundation while working for Hillary at State Dept. This arrangement was not publicly acknowleged until it was revealed by the New York Times. Abedin also worked for Teneo, a company connected to Bill Clinton.

<><> An earlier NYT's expose revealed Bill Clinton and Teneo's sub rosa dealings. Teneo is run by Clinton aide---Doug Band. Prosecutors found Band and Clinton listed in pedophile's Jeffry Epsteiin's records as having a shocking 21 email addresses and tele nos........L/E recognizes multiple email addresses and tele nos as the MO for money-laundering and tax evasion.

==============================

The info is there for the asking---official documents filed away that the felonious Clintons can't get their filthy hands on.

Sen Grassley needs to go to OMB---and demand all records relating to taxpayers subsidizing the Clintons and their aides---specifically OMB payments to Bill Clinton's Harlem office, including the number of electronic devices he owns and whether taxpayers subsidized the infamous Chappaqua server.

Congress needs to launch multiple investigations into Hillary’s State Dept tenure including that of her confidantes:

<><> expense accounts,

<><> use of federal credit cards,

<><> their participation in the State Dept's disbursement of funds to "private contractors;"

<><>her possible collusion with the Clinton Foundation--using classified info as an instrument for fund-raising.

Hillary's official calendar, and her contact with foreign leaders. will tell the tale of donations to the foundation....and the Clintons profiteering off secret intel.

=================================================

The Buckraking Clintons sucking up foreign donations is morally reprehensible----but the real crimes are what exactly they are doing with the corporate/foreign monies once its in their Foundation's tax-exempt coffers.

It's becoming clearer why Bill Clinton used a shocking 21 phone nos and email addresses----because L/E knows multiple phone no's and emails is an indication of possible money-laundering and tax evasion.
