Is your "crowd mentality" genetic or acquired? Ping lists ought to be outlawed on FR since they are by definition discriminatory, attract people with autocratic tendencies, are used for ill (blacklisting and blackballing FReepers whose postings the "crowd" doesn't "like") more times than they are used for good, and because they pander to the lowest forms of intelligence lurking on FR. I do hope you understand what I'm saying.

Possibly...didn’t see anything resembling a time frame in the article. As to the latter, makes more sense. Definable upticks in information translating to warrants (the “court authorized activity” buzzwords).
How ever it goes, prayers for the front line cops involved.
