But these arguments by Dreeben were before the SCOTUS last week. Here Dreeben is a Deputy US Soliciter arguing before the Supreme Court.
How can this be the same Dreeben who was outed today as an anti-Trump member of the Special Counsel staff?
As someone posted above, there are two Michael Dreebens. Maybe the Atlantic article is talking about a different Dreeben?
Regardless, whoever this Deputy US Soliciter Dreeben is, why is he making such nonsensical arguments - in the name of the Trump administration - in front of SCOTUS last week?
