FRANKFURT, Germany — The special counsel Robert Mueller has asked Deutsche Bank to share data on accounts held by President Donald Trump and his family, a person close to the matter said on Tuesday.
Germany's largest bank received a subpoena from Mueller several weeks ago to provide information on certain money and credit transactions, the person added, confirming a report by the German daily Handelsblatt published on Tuesday.
Deutsche Bank, which has loaned the Trump Organization millions of dollars for real-estate ventures, said it would not comment on any of its clients.
Deutsche Bank rejected demands in June by House Democrats to provide details of Trump's finances, citing privacy laws.

Mueller is crooked as hell. He needs to go to prison over his Uranium One shenanigans.
But no investigation of the Clinton Foundation, Uranium One, etc.? These swamp creatures — FBI, CIA, IRS, NSA, etc. — have become worse than the KGB.
According to Bloomberg, the bank will cooperate and has provided or will provide the information subpoenaed.
“Mueller issued a subpoena to Germany’s largest lender several weeks ago, forcing the bank to submit documents on its relationship with Trump and his family, according to a person briefed on the matter, who asked not to be identified because the action has not been announced.
“Deutsche Bank always cooperates with investigating authorities in all countries,” the lender said in a statement to Bloomberg Tuesday...”
This so-called investigation is so out of bounds. Outrageous doesn’t even come close to describing what Mueller is doing.
Since the EU wants Trump gone as much, if not more, I think DB will find a way to get any info needed where it needs to go. Legal niceties be damned.

I am wondering whether anyone else feels the way I am beginning to feel about the absolute obsession these people have concerning their need to remove our President from office. I am wondering whether something so unthinkable has been going on in our government for years which is so horrific that new prisons would need have to be built to hold all of the top level people who have taken part in it. If such a thing exists, could it be something which would strip power from the politically elite for a long, long time. should America become aware of it? These people are busy trying to manufacture a crime where it looks as though none exists. If they try to remove the President, what will America do about it, if anything, because I believe such a thing would throw us into a Constitutional Crisis and a state of war. Why was this Prosecutor, Mr. Mueller chosen, when he is so obviously biased and why was he allowed, at tax payer expense, to riffle around in Trump’s bank account as well as that of his family, his kids? We have never seen anything like this before in this country but we can certainly point to Stalin and others who give us insight of where such actions might lead.
It's as if the previous administration was exempt from the 2016 election of DJT and is continuing its power with all appointees in place in all of the departments and branches, with the exception of the oval office. As soon as the votes came in, it suddenly became a legal issue for the courts for Trump to want to remove Obama supporters from the government, even though newly-elected presidents have always purged the ranks as one of their first official acts. Why did this not happen with Trump?
But zero subpoenas for the Clinton’s banks.
There were conditions on that loan. The bank is as bound to them as Trump is. Early in his campaign, there was an article on the men who actually ran Trump’s businesses. It was an impressive list. If the IRS hasn’t found anything, Trump’s execs and lawyers have every i dotted and t crossed. Mueller’s out of his depth at this point.
Mueller is trying to escape a the tsunami of controversy developing over his, at this point, biased investigation. The FBI is in over their eyeballs along with Mueller from his time as head. I think it’s too late for damage control by Mueller. Sessions has more than enough to take action. It looks like Mueller will end up as an investigative target.
