No, as far as I know ‘collusion’ isn’t a criminal term here, it’s a word used by the media.
But, for example, let’s say that Trump ordered Flynn to lie to the FBI. Why wouldn’t that be obstruction.
It’s purely a hypothetical, but it goes back to my point. Maybe I miss-read it, but it sounds like they were saying the President can’t obstruct justice because he is the President.
They don’t have a case other than throwing out silly accusation without real evidence.
Where maybe Trump’s lawyer has left off Dershowitz is doing a good job forcefully explaining to the public the latest nonsense against Trump is a crock.
One more point I like to add to this thread. Because Trump tweeted he ‘fired Flynn for lying’ which gave an excuse for Dianne FeineNut for the latest phony attempt that Trump “obstructed justice.”
It’s as easy to explain as this. He didn’t slip up.
Trump before he fired Flynn, highly likely was briefed by his people or even pansy Comey himself who showed Trump Flynn’s statement to the FBI and Flynn’s wiretaps when he spoke to the Russian ambassador that the two didn’t jive. It’s not hard to understand. Trump already told us he did not collude with the Russians to beat Hillary and there is no evidence. They got zip.
