I would say A.G. Sessions is probably 90 days past due charging Hillary at this point. It should have happened at the longest point 90 days ago.

What do you base that on? Do you have experience litigating white collar crime and racketeering? What are your credentials for making such a statement?

What are your credentials for talking about what is the right time frame?

First, I am NOT talking about Uranium One scandal as you appear to be implying.

Second, Hillary’s illegal email servers is an open shut case. Comey looked at it and admitted she clearly broke the law 39 times. With that information alone you can prosecute Hillary. Comey just said he was not going to prosecute her okay.

Therefore, you don’t have to be a law scholar to understand they can prosecute her now.

"U.S. Justice Department charges ex-Deutsche Bank subprime trader with civil fraud"

"Charges" pfft.  A civil fart in a wind storm - not a CRIMINAL indictment.

Letting the thieves pay fines with the money they stole -- If that's your idea of justice,  Sessions and the herd of neutered L.I.F.E.R. swamp poodles will not disappoint.
