Sessions seems to be in favor of asset seizure. And I find that to be incomprehensible. How could anyone (except a Stalinist) be in favor of the government seizing property without some sort of court order?
The Supreme Court should have struck all this down years ago.
This should be an open and shut 4th amendment issue.
It’s exactly the sort of thing the 4th amendment was written to preclude from happening, and yet nobody in government seems to care that it’s blatantly unconstitutional.
