Love lamb shanks, slow cooked in an onion, garlic, tomato, turmeric sauce, served with Basmati rice and the sauce over the rice. Wow!!!
Next time try a little Ras al Hanout spice in place of the tumeric, and add some chopped up anchovy filets.
Prefer a rack of lamb.
