Hi there fellow ex-Sinopian! I was there 67-68 Det 4 98G. You are referring to kara hannies (sp) - a man in debt would sent his wife to one of these places to work off her debt - just a hole in a wooden wall with the man on the other side.

The Sinopian prison was at the time basically a place for the worst criminals - wherein all manner of medieval torture instruments were deployed as required; the shoe shine guy at the Det had been a pickpocket and as a result had his fingers flattened with finger-screws; his next offense would have been the non-surgical removal of a hand. Other worse criminals got the Iron Maiden.

The Turks had designated the entire province of Sinope as a prison province where they sent mostly political types - communists, Islamists, and the like. People were nice to your face, but murderous otherwise as one fellow found out - other than the shepherds on the hills by the Sea who loved to bowl with boulders for infidels and were sometimes successful.

There is a great teacher who eventually makes sure that every soul learns it’s lessons and grows.(or is stuck in hell without ever tasting the great treasure)

Thank You God.

Sex slavery is not exclusive to islam, they are just more open about it.

There’s plenty of it right here in the USA. Pay attention to what is going on in Hollywood and D.C..

20: "Turkey out of NATO now!"

They should have never been let in. Turkey has become the new Pakistan. Their access to NATO security and intelligence information is being funneled directly to ISIS.

Can't trust a muslim. Ever.

Ideally Turkey should be wiped completely clean and repopulated with Europeans. Turkey's long anti-Christian history of violence and genocide is reason enough. Ask the Greeks. Ask the Armenians. It's not ancient history. It's 20th century history.

The article was excerpted. There are (non-revealing) pics at both links I posted.

Not all Ezidi women look alike, nor men. Some are read headed, others have blond hair and blue eyes. They have light colored skin.

No human deserves the treatment they have been subjected to for refusing to adopt Islam.

They world should, it will eventually affect us all. Ignorance is costly.

Martin Niemöller had it right...

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

Mara haba! I was in Det 169. I heard there was a fire in the Sinop prison that closed it. One of my nco’s was at the base when it was constructed in the late 50’s, said he witnessed a hanging at the prison.

Thanks for posting the pic. And note they are a peaceful people.

Very recently some of them joined the SDF in Syria and others are armed and organized on Shingal.

Some of the captive Ezidi women who escaped ISIS captivity, went to Raqqa (ISIS capital) to kill some of their captors. I’m told there were some very good snipers among them.

The Ottoman Empire, which made it into the Twentieth century, was a slave culture. They were still buying and castrating black boys as late as the early 1920’s. There was no desent, no call to end the practice. It was ended by Attaturk. But it continues wherever Muslim culture flourishes.
