Today, on his show, Rush Limbaugh said that this is not new money from the NFL. They are taking money from Breast Cancer and Military support programs!

Is this a known fact, or was it just Rush bloviating as he does all too often?

Read Vadum’s article. He pretty much spells out where the money is going and other articles have told where some of it is being taken from (i.e. charitable causes).
