It is a felony to lie to or even mislead the FBI whether under oath or not.

The notes of FBI agents during an interview are accepted as evidence. That’s why the FBI didn’t make recordings or notes during Hillary’s interviews. They weren’t going to chance her unwittingly whistle-blowing herself.

And that needs to be changed. An FBI agent who blindly follows orders comes back to the office and puts in his notes what Comey tells him to put in them. Not to mention Comey giving his list of lies he says are notes to the NY Times. Shouldn’t that be a crime?

Let this be a lesson to all. If you’re being interviewed by the cops about anything turn on your phone’s video and let them know it’s being recorded.
