No they aren't. Civil war isn't close when the majority of folks are comfortable, well fed and able to have one of the highest qualities of life in the world.
Keyboard warriors are happy to be ready to pick up arms, until they realize the risk they put their children and families in during war. Organizing armed conflict in a modern America is not the same as it was in the 1770's.
