The dirt bag’s lawyer is Matt Gonzalez. Former green party politician in SF. I knew of him from my misspent youth in the Mission District of San Fran. One funny thing about him is he is an uber lefty but his daddy was a big shot at a TOBACCO company. LOL.

He was in felony possession of a firearm which resulted in death. That’s murder whether by accident or not. Prosecutor should resign.
