Questions:

• If he was banned in February why is his property protected if he trespassed to get it there?
• Why would DWS's,(members property), laptop be protected by a third persons ACP?
• Isn't any evidence found in plain sight fair game?

IMHO the evidence was left to be found with the ACP note to avoid it being taken by warrant.
